Your work, your browser
See how your exports stay yours.
CREATEFOR.YOU uses an encrypted web connection. The tools create recaps and spreadsheets in your browser, and the contents of those exports are not stored on our server. Here is what that means—and what it does not mean.
1 · Encrypted connection
HTTPS encrypts traffic between your browser and our site while it travels over the network.
2 · Create in your browser
You enter information and preview the result on your own device. Tool-entry contents are not sent to our server for export. Only a template you choose to save is kept, in your account.
3 · Save or share yourself
The browser creates the file for you to download or copy. We do not keep the generated file on our server.
What “not saved” refers to: the content you enter into a tool and the resulting export file, unless you save part of it as a template. It does not mean that CREATEFOR.YOU keeps no account, purchase, export-usage, security, or hosting records.
What we do keep
If you use an account or paid export, we may keep your username and email, account and payment status, token balance, and export usage details such as tool, format and theme. If you save a template, we keep it in your account until you delete it: its name, the tool’s theme, size, text size and currency, your own branding and contact details, and standard wording such as disclaimers, column headings and table rows. Templates leave out the client-name, date and amount fields, photos and logos, so check any wording you save for client details first. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Normal service and security logs may also exist. Read the full privacy policy for details and retention periods.
What stays with you
Downloads, clipboard copies, screenshots, browser storage, and any file you send are under your control. They may remain on your device or in a cloud service you choose. Closing a tool page clears its current entries; it does not delete files already downloaded or shared.
Make it easy to share—and safe to forward
We encourage you to use the tools without entering sensitive personal or confidential data. Use initials, ranges, example figures or anonymised descriptions instead of full names, ID numbers, bank or account numbers, passwords, medical details, or private client documents. Review every preview and file before sending it.
Then your customers can forward a clear recommendation or summary to friends and family. A forwarded file can be copied again, so only include information you are comfortable sharing more widely. Your recommendations remain your own; recipients should check details and seek appropriate professional advice before acting.

Scope of the security statement
“Encrypted connection” refers to HTTPS encryption in transit. It is not a promise that every device, network, server component, or shared copy is risk-free, nor a claim that all server records are encrypted at rest. The browser-based export statement applies to normal use of the CREATEFOR.YOU tools; other site features, account services and third-party services have their own data flows.
Your responsibility when entering and sharing content
Only enter information you have the right to use and share. Do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential customer information unless you have assessed your own obligations and obtained any required consent. You are responsible for checking accuracy, removing identifying details, choosing recipients, and controlling where downloaded or forwarded files go. Do not use a shareable recap as a secure channel for private records.
Accounts, payments and service records
Creating an account, signing in, making a purchase or using paid export access involves server processing and records. Export usage may be recorded without storing your document contents. See the Privacy Policy for collection, retention, access and deletion requests, and the Terms for purchases and use of the tools.
Questions or privacy requests
Use the contact details in our Privacy Policy to ask about your information, request access or correction, or report a concern. Singapore’s PDPC guidance explains the data-protection obligations that may apply to organisations handling personal data.
