International · responsible use
Keep personal information out of shared summaries.
Privacy rules differ by country. These principles are a practical starting point: collect less, explain why information is needed, protect it, and delete it when the purpose ends.
Do
- Use initials, broad age ranges and general scenarios.
- Tell people what information is being used and why.
- Check facts against the original source before sharing.
- Limit access to the intended recipients.
- Delete working copies when they are no longer needed.
- Check the privacy law and regulator for the relevant country.
Don’t
- Enter identity numbers, passwords, full account details or health records.
- Reuse personal information for a different purpose without permission.
- Send a private summary through an unintended public channel.
- Assume one country’s privacy rules apply everywhere.
- Present generated material as professional, legal or financial advice.
- Keep unnecessary personal-data copies indefinitely.
